Who are you traveling with
Your tour guide will be Marek Žíla, an experienced traveller who visited more than 30 countries on 4 continents. When he discovered Colombia, this country with the highest biodiversity in the world charmed him so much that he decided to move here. Now he has been living in Colombia for over a year and he spends most of his time by traveling through the country and discovering the most beautiful and most interesting places and experiences.
After a year he decided to share his knowledge of the country and of its perfect places with others. However not through social networks but by showing the best places to people who also like to discover the natural beauties of our world. The most diverse nature, the happiest people in the world, stunning history, the world`s best coffee, great food, low prices, rich culture, beautiful women, charming architecture, numerous possibilities of adrenaline adventures…are the main reasons why he considers Colombia the best country he has ever visited.
You might know Marek from Kolem Sveta, the biggest traveller festival in Czech Republic where he regularly makes presentations about the hidden places of Colombia off the tourist path. When he is in Prague, you can find him in his favorite bars Paralelni Polis and Vnitroblock or riding his motorbike. During most of his professional carrier he has been working in international business, making advertising campaigns for sport clubs, designing clothes, but now he decided to offer priceless experiences.
His dream and future plan is to build his own hotel with a farm on the principles of permaculture (sustainable ecological farming) and rooms built by using PET bottles instead of traditional bricks, as he would like to contribute to the reduction of this problem in a bigger scope and to be an inspiration for others.
